Ingredients

8 cups torn fresh spinach1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained1/4 cup julienned red onion1/2 cup canola oil1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup cider vinegar1 tablespoon poppy seeds1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped onion1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

On salad plates, arrange the spinach, strawberries, oranges and onion. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salads; serve immediately.
