1/4 cup olive oil8 teaspoons sugar8 teaspoons honey2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon salt4 cups torn romaine2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and thinly sliced20 fresh strawberries, sliced1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, honey, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.

Divide romaine among 4 salad plates. Top each with avocado and strawberries. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans.
