6 cups fresh arugula or baby spinach1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries1/2 cup slivered almonds or pine nuts1/2 cup crumbled garlic and herb feta cheese4 green onions, choppedVINAIGRETTE:1/3 cup olive oil1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 tablespoon red wine vinegar2 teaspoons lemon juice1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1 teaspoon fresh sage or 1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves1/2 teaspoon celery seed1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a salad bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the vinaigrette ingredients. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
