Ingredients
1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar1 cup heavy whipping cream1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
In a large bowl, sprinkle strawberries with sugar. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Just before serving, In a large bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Gently beat in orange juice.
Fold whipped cream mixture into berries or serve berries in individual serving bowls topped with whipped cream mixture.
