2 pounds sliced zucchini2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 cup olive oil1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, saute the zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Serve immediately.
