Ingredients
1/2 pound cooked beef flank steak, cut into thin strips1 small onion, thinly sliced1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 French rolls, split1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese2 tablespoons ketchup
Preparation
In a large skillet, saute the steak, onion and Worcestershire sauce for 4-6 minutes or until onion is tender. Spoon onto roll bottoms; sprinkle with cheese.
Place on a baking sheet. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with ketchup. Replace roll tops.
