Ingredients
3 pounds bone-in country-style pork ribs1/2 teaspoon garlic salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1 cup ketchup1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup molasses1/4 cup spicy brown mustard2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke, optional1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Place ribs in a 5-qt. Dutch oven; cover with water. Add garlic salt and pepper; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients; set aside. Drain ribs. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 30-60 minutes or until meat is tender, turning and basting several times with sauce. Serve remaining sauce with ribs.
