Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise1 small onion, grated1 to 2 tablespoons prepared mustard1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon celery seed1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained, divided3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheeseMinced fresh parsley2 tablespoons finely chopped pecansAssorted crackers

Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients and 1/3 cup pimientos. Stir in cheese.

Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley, pecans and remaining pimientos. Serve with crackers.
