Ingredients

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese4 large eggs, lightly beaten1/4 cup butter, melted1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake until edges are lightly browned, 35-40 minutes.
