Ingredients

1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach3 medium navel oranges, peeled and sectioned1 large grapefruit, peeled and sectioned6 slices red onion, separated into ringsDRESSING:1/4 cup ruby red grapefruit juice1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup honey1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 tablespoon grated onion2 teaspoons poppy seeds1/8 teaspoon saltDash pepper

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, oranges, grapefruit and onion.

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
