Ingredients
1 pound bulk pork sausage1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese1 cup shredded cheddar cheese10 large eggs3/4 cup 2% milk2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Spoon into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with spinach, bacon, onion, red pepper and cheeses.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over top. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
