Ingredients

1 package frozen chopped spinach

1 package cream cheese

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 can artichoke hearts

1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

6 bagels

Fixings of your choice: lettuce, tomato, etc.

Preparation

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Squeeze as much water out of the spinach as you can. Stir the spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, artichokes, mayo, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together until well combined. Transfer the spinach mixture to the baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the top has some brown spots and the edges are bubbling. Turn off the oven and use the oven mitts to remove the baking dish.Step 2Scoop hot Spin Art onto bagels and add whatever fixings you like. This stuff is super-hot when it comes out of the oven, so be careful not to burn the roof of your mouth when you take a bite.
