Ingredients

3 ounces fat-free cream cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed1 tablespoon canned chopped green chiles1-1/2 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce4 flour tortillas (6 inches)1 cup diced cooked turkey breast

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; spread over tortillas. Top 2 tortillas with turkey, then remaining tortillas, pressing lightly.

In a large skillet, cook quesadillas over medium heat until lightly browned and heated through, 2-3 minutes per side.
