Ingredients

1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon butter1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen snow peas, thawed2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender. Add the snow peas, basil and pepper flakes; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until peas are tender.
