1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped1 large tomato, chopped1/4 cup finely chopped onion3 radishes, chopped1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro2 tablespoons lime juice1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper1/4 teaspoon saltBaked tortilla chip scoops
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips.
