Ingredients

1/2 cup rice vinegar1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds1 green onion, minced2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add strawberries and stir to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Transfer to jars, if desired; cover tightly. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
