2 tablespoons paprika2 teaspoons onion salt1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper1 teaspoon dried thyme6 beef tenderloin steaks (1-1/2 inches thick and 8 ounces each)
Preparation
Combine the seasonings; rub over steaks. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 9-11 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
