Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, finely chopped1 pound ground beef1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed French onion soup, undiluted1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Mexican diced tomatoes, undrained1 cup uncooked long grain rice1 egg, lightly beaten1 large onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped1/2 cup vegetable oil1 tablespoon garlic salt1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon saltDash cayenne pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Pour into a small covered roasting pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours without lifting the lid.
