Ingredients
4 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb, thawed2 large onions, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped3/4 cup packed brown sugar3/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce2 teaspoons steak seasoning1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon celery seed1/2 teaspoon ground coriander1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes or until thickened.
Serve warm with chicken or pork. Refrigerate leftovers.
