Ingredients
3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour1 cup sugar3 teaspoons ground cinnamon1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon salt3 large eggs3 cans (15-1/4 ounces each) sliced pears, drained and mashed1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup canola oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, pears, applesauce and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour into four 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
