Ingredients

1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries1-3/4 cups sugar1/2 cup water1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground allspice1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until the berries pop and mixture is thickened, about 30 minutes. Cool. Transfer to a serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
