Ingredients

2 teaspoons lemon juice2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1-1/2 teaspoons pepper1-1/4 teaspoons ground cumin1-1/4 teaspoons curry powder1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes4 lamb rib chops1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients; spread over chops. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

Preheat oven to 450°. In an ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to oven; roast until desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°), 3-4 minutes.
