1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn2 large eggs1/2 cup crushed saltines (about 15 crackers)1/4 cup butter, melted1/4 cup evaporated milk1/4 cup shredded carrot1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 tablespoon chopped celery1 teaspoon chopped onion1/2 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
