Ingredients

2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1/4 cup sour cream1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup canned chopped green chiles3 corn tortillas (6 inches), cut into 1-inch pieces1 cup cubed cooked turkey1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Pour half of the turkey mixture into a 3-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with remaining turkey mixture and cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
