Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper3 tablespoons butter2 cans (15-1/2 ounces each) golden hominy, rinsed and drained2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
