Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped1 teaspoon canola oil2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken or vegetable broth1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn4 garlic cloves, minced1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preparation
In a Dutch oven, saute the onion in oil until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until heated through.
