1/2 cup fat-free sour cream3 tablespoons lime juice2 tablespoons finely chopped onion1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce1 cup cubed avocado1/2 cup chopped plum tomatoes1/4 cup shredded carrot

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, lime juice, onion, jalapeno, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, avocado, tomatoes and carrot. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
