Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds sole or cod fillets, cut into 1-inch strips1 tablespoon taco seasoning3 tablespoons butter, cubed1 package (10 ounces) angel hair coleslaw mix1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro1/2 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon lime juice1 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper8 corn tortillas or taco shells, warmed Lime wedges

Preparation

Sprinkle fish with taco seasoning. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat; add fish. Cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine coleslaw, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper.

Place fish in tortillas. Top with coleslaw mixture; serve with lime wedges.
