Ingredients

1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/3 cup ketchup4-1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar1 tablespoon brown sugar1 tablespoon prepared mustard2 kaiser rolls, split1/2 cup creamy deli coleslaw

Preparation

In a nonstick skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until thickened. Spoon onto roll bottoms; top with coleslaw. Replace roll tops.
