Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix1 cup quick-cooking oats6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup egg substitute2 tablespoons butter, melted1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat the first six ingredients; beat until blended. Stir in raisins.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
