Ingredients
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed2 teaspoons butter, melted2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley2 teaspoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
Remove from the heat. Add the butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
