Ingredients
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes1 cup sugar3 large eggs1/2 cup 2% milk1/4 cup butter, melted1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extractTOPPING:1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 tablespoons cold butter
Preparation
In a greased 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low for 3 hours. Combine brown sugar, pecans and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer reads 160°, 1-2 hours longer.
