Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef1/2 pound bulk pork sausage1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes1/2 cup diced green pepper1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons tomato paste2 teaspoons Italian seasoning1 garlic clove, minced3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepperHot garlic bread

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer meat to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients except garlic bread.

Cook, covered, on low 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve with garlic bread.
