Ingredients
2 cups 2% milk1 cup old-fashioned oats1 cup chopped peeled tart apple1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup chopped walnuts1 tablespoon butter, melted1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until liquid is absorbed and oatmeal is tender. If desired, serve with additional milk, walnuts and cinnamon.
