2-2/3 cups water1-1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned grits1-1/2 cups 2% milk3 tablespoons butter, cubed2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until liquid is absorbed and grits are tender, 2-1/2 to 3 hours, stirring every 45 minutes. Stir in cheeses until melted. Serve immediately.
