3/4 cup sugar3/4 cup ketchup3/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce1/3 cup honey1/4 cup lemon juice3 tablespoons hoisin sauce1 tablespoon ground ginger2 garlic cloves, minced4 pounds bone-in beef short ribsOptional: Hot cooked ramen noodles, sesame seeds, julienned green onions and carrots, sliced cucumber, radish, mushrooms and red chili pepper
Preparation
In a greased 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker, whisk together the first 8 ingredients. Add short ribs and turn to coat; cook, covered, on low 6-7 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, serve with ramen noodles and optional toppings.
