4 pounds small red potatoes 8 green onions, chopped (about 1 cup)1 cup chopped sweet onion1/4 cup olive oil1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 6-8 hours.
