Ingredients
2 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (7 ounces each)2 teaspoons canola oil1 can (8-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches in extra-light syrup1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1/2 cup water1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1/8 teaspoon dried thyme1/8 teaspoon dried basilDash to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
In a small skillet, brown pork chops in oil; drain. Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker.
Drain peaches, reserving juice. In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce, water, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, basil, cayenne and reserved peach juice; pour over pork. Top with peaches. Cover and cook on low until pork is tender, about 5 hours.
