Ingredients

1 cup water2 tablespoons cider vinegar1 tablespoon soy sauce4 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into serving-size portions2 tablespoons mesquite seasoning1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Preparation

In a 6-qt. slow cooker, mix water, vinegar and soy sauce. Rub ribs with mesquite seasoning; place in slow cooker.

Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until tender. Remove ribs to a platter. Brush with barbecue sauce; return to slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until ribs are glazed, about 30 minutes.
