Ingredients

6 cups water1 cup sugar1 cup nonfat dry milk powder6 black tea bags1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on high until heated through, 3-4 hours. Discard tea bags. Serve tea warm.
