Ingredients

2 tbsp. organic canola oil

5 clove organic garlic

1 medium organic onion

1 stalk organic celery

2 lb. organic grass-fed ground beef

c. organic tomato paste

1 tbsp. organic tomato paste

1 tbsp. organic ground coriander seed

1 can organic peeled tomatoes

1/2 c. organic agave syrup

1 tsp. organic Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. organic cider vinegar

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1Heat oil in a large skillet and add garlic. As the garlic browns, add onion and celery and cook for a few minutes, until the onion begins to soften. Add meat and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Briefly drain this mixture in a fine mesh strainer and discard the liquid.Step 2Place the meat back in the pan on a lively flame, add tomato paste, and completely incorporate the paste throughout. Add coriander seed and fry for a few more moments. Add tomatoes, agave syrup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and salt and pepper.Step 3Cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes until the sauce is slightly reduced.
