Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 small green pepper, chopped2-1/2 cups water1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted1 to 2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon hot pepper sauceSalt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; crumbs meat; drain.

Stir in the remaining ingredients to beef mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender and flavors have blended, about 1 hour.
