Ingredients
20 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)3 cups chopped onions1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce3-1/2 cups packed brown sugar1 cup prepared mustard2 tablespoons chili powder1 gallon ketchupSalt and pepper to tasteHamburger buns
Preparation
In several large kettles, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the next seven ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until thickened and heated through; stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
