Ingredients
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast or beef sirloin steak
1 medium green or red pepper
1 medium onion
1 1/2 c. Pace® Chunky Salsa
8 flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it’s well browned, stirring often.Step 2Stir the pepper and onion in the skillet and cook until they’re tender-crisp. Stir the salsa in the skillet. Cook until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.Step 3Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with additional salsa. Fold the tortillas around the filling.
