Ingredients

1/2 cup canola oil1/4 cup baking cocoa1 cup sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine oil and cocoa until smooth; set aside. In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs. Stir in vanilla and cocoa mixture. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture just until moistened. Stir in walnuts.

Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack.
