Ingredients

6 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained3 tablespoons brown sugar1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Place pork chops in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 10-15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 160°.
