Ingredients
1 can (46 ounces) vegetable juice1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef consomme, undiluted2 cups chopped cucumber2 cups chopped tomatoes1 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1/3 cup red wine vinegar2 tablespoons lemon juice2 garlic cloves, minced3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving. Serve cold.
