Ingredients
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1 cup water1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed1 large potato, peeled and cubed2 medium carrots, sliced1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup chopped onion1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Preparation
In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
