Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil1-1/2 cups diced fresh tomatoes1/2 cup tomato sauce4-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon honey1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup minced fresh parsley

Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, dill, mustard, honey and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Add the shrimp, cheese and parsley; simmer 5 minutes longer.
