Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, cubed1 ounce unsweetened chocolate1 cup sugar1/3 cup half-and-half cream1/4 cup corn syrup1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractMint ice cream
Preparation
In a small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Add the sugar, cream and corn syrup; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cool over ice cream.
